Back to School 2026 Cashback Offer – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the CopyQuick Back to School 2026 Cashback Offer. By participating in this offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with CopyQuick’s Back to School 2026 Discount Offer Terms & Conditions, general Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, Wallet Policy and Loyalty Scheme terms, where applicable.

For the purpose of this offer, the term “cashback” refers to a €10 promotional online credit or voucher issued by CopyQuick. It is not a cash refund and cannot be exchanged for money.

1. Promotion Period

The Cashback Offer is valid from 29 June 2026 until 16 August 2026, both dates included, unless ended earlier or extended by CopyQuick in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Eligible purchases must be completed and paid for during this period in order to qualify for the cashback.

2. Relationship with the Back to School 2026 Discount Offer

The Cashback Offer is earned together with the Back to School 2026 Discount Offer.

This means that customers who make a qualifying Back to School 2026 purchase during the promotion period may benefit from the applicable Back to School discount and may also qualify to receive the €10 cashback voucher / online credit, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The Cashback Offer is subject to the same eligible products, services, exclusions and general conditions applicable to the Back to School 2026 Discount Offer, unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions.

3. Offer Details

During the promotion period, eligible customers may qualify for a €10 cashback voucher / online credit as follows:

  • Spend €50 or more in-store on eligible items and services and receive €10 cashback.

  • Spend €25 or more online on eligible items and services through www.copyquick.mt and receive €10 cashback.

The cashback may be used online only and only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4. One-Time Use

This offer is available one time only per customer.

A customer may only receive one €10 cashback voucher / online credit under this offer, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made during the promotion period.

CopyQuick reserves the right to refuse or cancel duplicate claims or benefits where it reasonably believes that the offer is being used more than once by the same customer.

5. Loyalty Account Requirement

To receive the cashback, the customer must have a valid CopyQuick loyalty account.

The cashback will be issued using the contact details registered on the customer’s loyalty account. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their loyalty account details, including email address and mobile number where applicable, are correct and up to date.

CopyQuick shall not be responsible if the cashback is not received due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer details.

6. Customers Without a Loyalty Account

Customers who do not already have a CopyQuick loyalty account must apply for a loyalty account online in order to receive the cashback.

When applying for the loyalty account, the customer must insert the POS fiscal receipt number relating to the qualifying purchase in the relevant form field.

Failure to provide the correct POS fiscal receipt number may result in the cashback not being issued.

CopyQuick may verify the receipt number and purchase details before issuing the cashback.

7. Minimum Spend to Qualify

The qualifying minimum spend is calculated on the value of eligible items and services only.

The following are not included when calculating the qualifying minimum spend:

  • Delivery charges

  • Excluded items or excluded services

  • Items or services not forming part of the Back to School 2026 Discount Offer

  • Gift vouchers, online custom payments or other non-eligible transactions, unless specifically stated

If an order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, only the eligible items will count towards the qualifying minimum spend.

8. Issue of Cashback

Eligible customers will receive their €10 cashback voucher / online credit during October 2026.

The cashback may be issued by email, customer account, online wallet, voucher code or any other method determined by CopyQuick.

The cashback will be issued using the contact details linked to the customer’s CopyQuick loyalty account.

9. Cashback Redemption Period

The €10 cashback voucher / online credit may be redeemed during November 2026 only.

The cashback will expire automatically after the redemption period and cannot be used after the expiry date.

Expired cashback cannot be reissued, refunded, extended or exchanged for cash.

10. How the Cashback May Be Redeemed

The cashback may be redeemed online only through www.copyquick.mt.

To redeem the cashback, a minimum online spend of €50 on eligible items and services is required.

The €10 cashback will be deducted from the eligible online order value when the promotional voucher, code, wallet credit or other redemption method is applied correctly.

The cashback cannot be redeemed in-store.

11. Eligible Redemption Services

The cashback may be redeemed on eligible Document Printing Services, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The cashback may only be used for services that qualify under this offer and are available online during the redemption period.

12. Excluded Printing Services

The cashback cannot be earned or redeemed on the following printing services:

  • PrintSmart+ Savings Scheme

  • Large Format Printing

  • Printing services already carrying a discount

  • Thesis printing and hard-binding services

  • Any other printing service excluded by CopyQuick from time to time

13. Excluded Items

The cashback cannot be earned or redeemed on the following items:

  • Academic textbooks and revision books

  • Activity books

  • Adult books, including recipe books

  • Children’s reading books

  • Children’s and adult puzzles

  • Gift items and accessories

  • Seasonal items

  • Greeting cards and party supplies

  • Batteries

  • Bingo items

  • Book and computer accessories

  • Gift and packaging boxes

  • Gift bags and ribbons

  • Bulk-discounted items

  • Calendars and planners

  • Calligraphy items

  • Candles

  • Card games

  • Cash boxes

  • Storage items and keyrings

  • Children’s games and gift craft sets

  • Desk organisers and display accessories, including snap frames

  • Diaries and portfolios

  • Dictionaries and thesaurus products

  • Games, board games, Maltese games and activity sets

  • Envelopes

  • Greyboards

  • Frames and photo albums

  • IT equipment

  • Ink-related and labelling products, including labelling machines and refills

  • Ink cartridges

  • Invoice books, deposit books, receipt books and cash books

  • Lights and torches

  • Money testers

  • Premium pens

  • Pricers and labels

  • Printers

  • Shredders

  • Laminators

  • Refillable ink and ink pads

  • Self-inking stamps

  • Slime

  • Postage stamps

  • Phone cards

Delivery charges are not included in the offer and do not count towards any minimum spend.

14. Cannot Be Combined with Other Offers

This Cashback Offer is earned together with the Back to School 2026 Discount Offer.

Unless explicitly stated by CopyQuick, the cashback cannot be combined with any other promotion, special offer, discount code, voucher, cashback offer, negotiated price, bulk discount or special pricing arrangement.

Only one cashback benefit may be issued per customer.

15. Online Orders

Online orders are subject to product availability, order confirmation and payment approval.

An online order is considered accepted only once CopyQuick confirms the order and payment has been successfully processed.

CopyQuick reserves the right to cancel or refuse an online order if the order does not meet the promotional requirements, if stock is unavailable, if there is a pricing or technical error, or if the order appears to misuse the offer.

Promotional orders are not guaranteed to be ready immediately. Customers should wait for confirmation before collecting an online order.

16. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to CopyQuick’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

If a qualifying purchase is returned, cancelled or refunded, CopyQuick reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or adjust any cashback issued in connection with that purchase.

If a partial return causes the original transaction to fall below the qualifying minimum spend, CopyQuick reserves the right to cancel or reverse the cashback benefit.

If a customer has already used cashback linked to a returned or cancelled purchase, CopyQuick reserves the right to deduct the value of the cashback from any refund or future credit due to the customer.

This clause does not affect any legal rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

17. Stock Availability

All offers are subject to stock availability.

CopyQuick does not guarantee that all items or services will remain available throughout the promotion or redemption period.

If an item or service is unavailable, CopyQuick may offer an alternative where appropriate. The customer is not obliged to accept the alternative.

18. Errors and Technical Issues

CopyQuick reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing, typographical, system or technical error.

If an error affects an order, cashback issue or cashback redemption, CopyQuick may contact the customer to correct the error, confirm whether the customer wishes to proceed, or cancel the affected transaction.

19. Misuse of the Offer

CopyQuick reserves the right to refuse, cancel, withdraw or reverse cashback where it reasonably believes that the offer is being misused, including but not limited to:

  • Attempts to claim the offer more than once

  • Attempts to split transactions to obtain additional cashback

  • Attempts to apply the cashback to excluded products or services

  • Use of incorrect, false or misleading information

  • Creation or use of multiple loyalty accounts or customer accounts to obtain additional benefits

  • Submission of incorrect, duplicate or invalid receipt numbers

  • Any activity that is not in line with the spirit of the offer

20. Changes to the Offer

CopyQuick reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or terminate this offer where necessary, including due to operational reasons, stock limitations, technical issues, suspected misuse or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any changes will not affect purchases already completed and accepted before the change, unless misuse, error or fraud is involved.

21. General

These Terms & Conditions apply together with CopyQuick’s Back to School 2026 Discount Offer Terms & Conditions and CopyQuick’s general website and store policies.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Cashback Offer Terms & Conditions and other CopyQuick policies, these Cashback Offer Terms & Conditions shall apply only in relation to this offer.
