Back to School 2026 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the CopyQuick Back to School 2026 Promotion. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with CopyQuick’s general Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Loyalty Scheme terms, where applicable.

1. Promotion Period

The Back to School 2026 Promotion is valid from 29 June 2026 until 9 October 2026, both dates included, unless ended earlier or extended by CopyQuick in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Offer Details

During the promotion period, customers may benefit from the following discounts:

• 10% discount on eligible in-store purchases of €50 or more

• 10% discount on eligible online purchases of €25 or more made through www.copyquick.mt

The discount applies only to eligible items and services included in this promotion.

3. Minimum Spend

The minimum spend is calculated on the value of eligible items only.

The following are not included when calculating the minimum spend:

• Delivery charges

• Excluded items or excluded services

• Items already discounted or forming part of another promotion

• Gift vouchers, online custom payments or other non-eligible transactions, unless specifically stated

If an order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, the discount will apply only to the eligible items.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is intended for Back to School purchases, including selected school supplies, stationery and eligible related items.

Printing services or materials that are not related to Back to School are excluded from this promotion.

CopyQuick reserves the right to determine whether a product, service or order qualifies for the promotion.

5. How the Discount Is Applied

For online purchases, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout when the order meets the promotional requirements.

For in-store purchases, the discount will be applied at the point of sale when the transaction meets the promotional requirements.

The discount cannot be applied after a transaction has been completed if the customer did not meet the promotional conditions at the time of purchase.

6. Exclusions

This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, special offer, discount code, voucher, negotiated price, bulk discount or special pricing arrangement, unless explicitly stated by CopyQuick.

The promotion does not apply to:

• PrintSmart+ Savings Scheme

• Large Format Printing

• Printing services already carrying a discount

• Thesis printing and hard-binding services

• Academic textbooks and revision books

• Activity books

• Adult books, including recipe books

• Children’s reading books

• Children’s and adult puzzles

• Gift items and accessories

• Seasonal items

• Greeting cards and party supplies

• Batteries

• Bingo items

• Book and computer accessories

• Gift and packaging boxes

• Gift bags and ribbons

• Bulk-discounted items

• Calendars and planners

• Calligraphy items

• Candles

• Card games

• Cash boxes

• Storage items and keyrings

• Children’s games and gift craft sets

• Desk organisers and display accessories, including snap frames

• Diaries and portfolios

• Dictionaries and thesaurus products

• Games, board games, Maltese games and activity sets

• Envelopes

• Greyboards

• Frames and photo albums

• IT Equipment

• Ink-related and labelling products, including labelling machines and refills

• Ink cartridges

• Invoice books, deposit books, receipt books and cash books

• Lights and torches

• Money testers

• Premium pens

• Pricers and labels

• Printers

• Shredders

• Laminators

• Refillable ink and ink pads

• Self-inking stamps

• Postage stamps

• Phone cards

Delivery charges are not discounted and do not count towards the minimum spend.

7. Stock Availability

All offers are subject to stock availability.

CopyQuick does not guarantee that all promotional items will remain available throughout the promotion period.

If an item is unavailable, CopyQuick may offer an alternative item where appropriate. The customer is not obliged to accept the alternative item.

8. Online Orders

Online orders are subject to product availability, order confirmation and payment approval.

An online order is considered accepted only once CopyQuick confirms the order and payment has been successfully processed.

CopyQuick reserves the right to cancel or refuse an online order if the order does not meet the promotional requirements, if stock is unavailable, if there is a pricing or technical error, or if the order appears to misuse the promotion.

9. Delivery and Collection

Delivery charges, where applicable, are charged separately and are not included in the promotional discount.

Delivery and collection are subject to CopyQuick’s standard Delivery Policy and order processing times.

Promotional orders are not guaranteed to be ready immediately. Customers should wait for confirmation before collecting an online order.

10. Loyalty Scheme

Customers may accumulate loyalty points on eligible online and in-store purchases in accordance with the CopyQuick Loyalty Scheme terms.

In-store purchases may be paid using loyalty points, subject to the Loyalty Scheme rules.

Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.

CopyQuick reserves the right to adjust loyalty points if an order is cancelled, refunded or amended.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to CopyQuick’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

If a product purchased under this promotion is returned and the return is accepted, any refund will reflect the promotional price actually paid.

If a partial return causes the original transaction to fall below the required minimum spend, CopyQuick reserves the right to deduct the promotional discount from the refund amount.

Where an exchange is accepted, the promotional discount will only apply to the replacement item if the replacement item is eligible under this promotion.

This clause does not affect any legal rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Errors and Technical Issues

CopyQuick reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing, typographical, system or technical error.

If an error affects an order, CopyQuick may contact the customer to confirm whether they wish to proceed with the corrected order or cancel the order.

13. Misuse of the Promotion

CopyQuick reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reverse a promotional discount where it reasonably believes that the promotion is being misused, including but not limited to:

• Attempts to split transactions to obtain additional benefits

• Attempts to apply the discount to excluded products or services

• Use of incorrect, false or misleading information

• Any activity that is not in line with the spirit of the promotion

14. Changes to the Promotion

CopyQuick reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or terminate the promotion where necessary, including due to operational reasons, stock limitations, technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any changes will not affect purchases already completed and accepted before the change.

15. General

These Terms & Conditions apply together with CopyQuick’s general website and store policies.

In the event of any inconsistency between these promotional Terms & Conditions and other CopyQuick policies, these promotional Terms & Conditions shall apply only in relation to this promotion.
