What is the purpose of the Wallet?

Website orders below €5.00 are not feasible to process due to the financial charges associated with each order.

To allow customers to place orders below €5.00, the difference between the minimum order value of €5.00 and the actual order value is allocated to your online wallet.

As an example, if your purchase value is €3.00, the system will allocate €2.00 to your wallet and your order value to pay will increase to €5.00.

 The system will automatically utilise your wallet balance on the next order.

As an example, if your next purchase is for €10.00, the system allocates your balance of €2.00 against this purchase, and you will pay only €8.00.

How do I deposit funds into the Wallet?

Unlike the old system, no deposit of funds will be allowed into the wallet. The wallet balance will only change when your purchase is less than €5.00.

How do I use the funds in the Wallet?

Funds available in the wallet will be automatically used on your next purchase.

How can I view the transactions and the balance in the Wallet?

You may view your wallet transactions by clicking on ‘MY WALLET’ link.  Any movement in your wallet is recorded.

Can the wallet balance be used for other in store purchases?

The wallet system is automated and does not allow for manual interventions unless a system error occurs and a restricted adjustment is required.
