CopyQuick & Optima Loyalty Scheme

We value your loyalty and want to reward you every time you purchase eligible products or services from CopyQuick and Optima. With every eligible purchase, you earn points that can be redeemed in line with the Terms & Conditions below.


How to join

  1. Please read the Terms & Conditions below and then complete the Loyalty Scheme application form (available online on the CopyQuick and Optima websites).

  2. Once submitted, please allow 5 working days for your loyalty account to be available at the POS.

  3. Your loyalty number is your ID card number (or the identifier provided during registration).

  4. You may also wish to review our Privacy Policy.


Who can join

The Loyalty Scheme is available to individuals, organisations, and businesses.
Each account is linked to one loyalty number and is administered in the name provided on the application form.


Terms & Conditions

1) Where the Loyalty Scheme applies

  • The Loyalty Scheme applies to eligible products and services purchased from CopyQuick and Optima. The same loyalty number is used for both brands.

  • The Loyalty Scheme applies only to purchases paid at the point of purchase. Sales by invoice do not qualify, unless authorised by management.


2) Earning points

  • For every €1 spent, you earn 1 point. On specific occasions or on selected products, we may award bonus points.

  • No points are awarded on purchases below €1.

  • For the purpose of awarding points, the purchase value is rounded down to the nearest whole euro (euro cents are ignored).


3) Redemption value

  • Every 100 points entitle you to a €5 discount on your bill (equivalent to €0.05 per point).

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.


4) Redeeming points

In-store redemption (Paola and Mosta)

  • Points (minimum 100 points) may be redeemed at any time of the year from our Paola and Mosta retail outlets by informing staff before the bill is finalised.

Individuals

  • Redemption is available upon presentation of the ID card, and only the account holder may redeem points.

Organisations and Businesses (redemption by written request only)

  • Organisations and Businesses may redeem points only by sending a written request by email.

  • The request must clearly include:

    • the organisation/business name, and

    • the name and designation (officer/authorised representative) of the person making the request.

  • Once verified, the redeemed value will be issued in line with the scheme’s redemption value.

  • We may request additional verification where necessary to protect the account and prevent unauthorised redemptions.

Online redemption

  • Online customers may email us to redeem points. We will convert eligible points into credit and add it to the customer’s online wallet for use on the next online purchase.


5) Eligible purchases and exclusions

Eligible purchases

  • Eligible purchases include stationery items and printing and finishing services.

Exclusions

  • The following are not included in the Loyalty Scheme:

    • discounted items,

    • PrintSmart+ orders,

    • mobile top-up cards, and

    • postage stamps.

We reserve the right to exclude specific items from the scheme, including items offered under a special offer scheme.


6) Providing your loyalty number (important)

Customers must provide their loyalty number at the time of purchase:

  • In-store (Paola and Mosta): provide your loyalty number at the cash point.

  • Online: enter your loyalty number in the designated field during checkout.

If the loyalty number is not provided at the time of purchase, the purchase will not be included in the scheme and cannot be added later.


7) Ibragg and Valletta outlets

  • For purchases made from our Ibragg and Valletta outlets, customers should email a scanned copy of the fiscal receipt for points to be added.

  • Points cannot be redeemed from these outlets.


8) Communications and account updates

  • Announcements related to the Loyalty Scheme may be made by email, on our Facebook page, or through notices in our retail outlets.

  • Customers must notify us by email of any changes to their personal information. The communication method remains at the discretion of management.
