Once the form is submitted please allow 5 working days for your loyalty account to be available for use at the POS.

You will not receive an e-mail with your loyalty number since the ID CARD NUMBER or the ORGANISATION REGISTRATION NUMBER submitted in this form will be your LOYALTY NUMBER. Please give the cashier at Paola or Mosta outlets your loyalty number BEFORE starting the bill or include your loyalty number at the checkout when placing an online order.
